Sometimes, a page about me is one of the hardest things for me to write. So here goes.

My name is Kelly Ling. I have been a work-at-home mom for almost 18 years.

Some of my “real” jobs over the years have included working for Kimberly-Clark and Sprint, along with accountant offices and software companies. In 1989, after the birth of my firstborn, I took my maternity leave and then quit my job with Sprint. They all thought I was crazy to do so. Me? I haven’t regretted it since.

Now, I am a web designer by trade and also own and run a couple of web sites. I also help my husband run his DJ business - call me the office manager and partner. I book the jobs, do the paperwork, deposit the checks and send him and my oldest son out the door to work on the weekends.

One thing we are very careful about is to not schedule any work on Sundays. Sunday is our day for church and family.

As hobbies, I enjoy reading and cross stitching when I have the time. I love spending time with my children - we’re done having babies, so now we’re working on raising them in the nuture and admonition of the Lord.

I’ve been married to the love of my life for almost 20 years. Time sure flies when you’re having fun!
