Not every home business is a success - in fact many are total failures. Ask yourself these questions, and rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10, to see if you could be or are successful working from home.

1. You are persistent when the going gets tough.
2. You are self-disciplined (no boss is watching you).
3. You are professional (you are your business).
4. You are imaginative (able to go from idea to product).
5. You are courageous and willing to take calculated risks.
6. You are patient (it takes time to lay a solid foundation).
7. You are a planner (able to plan ahead).
8. You are self-confident (to carry out your plans).
9. You are resilient (able to bounce back from disappointments).
10. You have selected a business you enjoy.
11. You have thoroughly researched your endeavor.
12. You have focused on an area where you can become a specialist.
13. You have developed a support system to encourage you.
14. You have acquired faith to cope with financial insecurity.
15. You have a sense of humor.

76-100 Consider yourself most likely to succeed.
51-75 Consider yourself likely to succeed.
26-50 Give it your best shot.
0-25 It’s probably not for you.
